Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Mailroom Clerk. Primary Function: sort and deliver external and internal mail throughout the organization. Ensure all copier and fax machines are operating properly and prepare all outgoing daily courier deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail throughout the Credit Union, including interoffice correspondence and incoming shipments of supplies and materials
- Ensure all outgoing mail/shipments are completed properly and sent on time. Utilize mail system for shipping and tracking, and coordinate services with vendors, including, but not limited to, Fed Ex, UPS, and US Post Office.
- Maintain toner, paper and other printer components. Troubleshoot and fix copier and fax jams and /or toner replacements. Report problems to supervisor, or assistant, and appropriate vendor when necessary.
- Answer General Services’ department phone and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Process routine as well as unplanned department mailings. Prioritize work as needed and maintain appropriate stock of supplies.
- Collect and return all confidential recycling as scheduled. Maintain security of content until pick-up.
- Provide coverage/support to Corporate Office Service Representative. Follow safety procedures when providing visitor access to HVCU. Utilize temporary badge system to process visitors.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities. What does a Part Time Customer Service Representative do?
Part Time Customer Service Representatives handle customer requests by making and receiving calls about inquiries and complaints regarding rates, billing, service issues, collections, etc. in a proactive, positive and professional manner. The work week may be scheduled anytime between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 1:15pm on Saturdays. The typical work schedule is determined by our management team and can vary considerably throughout the year.
Work may include, but not be limited to:

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary
The Tuxedo Club Laundry & Hotel Room Attendant is a self motivated individual that has good communication skills and attention to detail. This position works in conjunction with the Housekeepers, Locker Room Attendants, and with other members of the F&B department. It is important that this individual sees themselves as a "people person" and is prepared to communicate with managers to facilitate special requests. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of care & hospitality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to operate commercial laundry machines and properly press guest room linens, table cloths, slip covers, napkins, pool and locker room/hotel towels, and more.
- Complete full reset of used hotel rooms including but not limited to the following:
- Dust all baseboards, moldings and furniture
- Clean and restock bathrooms with towels and toiletries
- Clean and restock kitchen/kitchenettes with appropriate product to the reservation
- Refresh quiet hotel rooms on an "as need" basis as trained
- Implement spot treatment for all rugs and carpets where needed.
- Assist housekeepers with daily tasks at hand when time permits including but not limited to:

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Tennis Professional with shop operations and court maintenance to maximize usage and revenue. Maintain a safe environment at the Shop. Rent bicycles and helmets to our guests by properly sizing and fitting for their bicycle ensuring their safety.
